We want you to be happy and love your BetterBack! If, for whatever reason, you want to return and get a refund on your purchase, here are the details...


Please fill out your return request here. You can search your email for hi@getbetterback.com to find your original order # (or send us an email and we'll get right back to you).

When your request is approved, we'll send an email with shipping instructions, so you can pack up and return your like new BetterBack(s) in original packaging (including all printed inserts) within 60 days from the receipt of your shipment.


Refunds will be provided in the same way that the initial payment was made (e.g. Visa payments will be refunded directly to your Visa). We'll be refunding your account the full purchase amount if your BetterBack is received in like new, resellable condition, less the cost of any prepaid return shipping label. There will be a $5 restocking fee if it is returned without inserts, incomplete, or in blemished packaging. Shipping is nonrefundable.

We also cannot accept a return if your item arrives damaged or if your package is lost when you ship it back to us, so please take care.
